Selected and accepted papers will be proposed for publication in a reputable international proceedings journal, subject to editorial standards and review quality.
Web of Conferences publishes full conference proceedings. Publication proposals can only be submitted by conference organizers — authors cannot directly submit their articles.
We recommend that authors read our Publishing Policies & Ethics, as well as our Statement on Geographical Naming Conventions. Please use our editorial guidelines and templates to prepare your article.
Tips on how to write a proper Title and Abstract are provided in our editorial document. Please read it carefully before submitting your article to ensure it meets editorial quality standards.
Authors submit their full paper to the conference organizers. Organizers then submit the proceedings to Web of Conferences. Please coordinate with the organizing committee regarding submission formats and deadlines.
Before preparing your article, verify with the conference organizers which document type is required. For consistency across the volume, all articles must use the same template format.
This guideline provides clear instructions on how to prepare a ready PDF document for conference organizers who have selected the online and print publication option.
Authors must follow the PDF guidelines very carefully before submitting. Particular attention must be paid to authors' names and affiliations to avoid any erratum in the future. Errors in this section cannot easily be corrected after publication.
Verify that your PDF: uses the correct template format, has correct author names and affiliations, includes a proper abstract and keywords, follows the citation style, and does not exceed the page limit specified by the organizers.
The copyright is retained by the author(s) under the Creative Commons Attribution license, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
Authors grant EDP Sciences a license to publish their article and identify EDP Sciences as the original publisher. They also grant any third party the right to use, distribute, and reproduce the article in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
Authors are required to download and submit the Publication Right Form together with their manuscript. This form must be completed and signed before the article can be processed for publication.
Conference papers may be updated or enhanced for further publication as a regular journal article, including submission to journals not published by EDP Sciences.
Journal articles derived from work previously published in conference proceedings must contain a substantial amount of new or previously unpublished results. The question of whether there is sufficient additional material to warrant a new publication is a matter for individual journals to decide.
To enable informed decisions by journals, we recommend authors supply their chosen journal with a copy of their proceedings article, accompanied by a clear statement describing the material reproduced. Additionally, a journal article derived from a proceedings paper must include a citation to the original proceedings paper.
Abstract submission deadline: 30 April 2026. Join researchers from across the globe.
